Our Personal Injury practice consists of handling primarily motor vehicle accidents, however, we do have experience handling slip and fall accidents, premises accidents, wrongful death cases and medical malpractice cases.    All personal injury cases are handled on a contingency basis so our fee is determined by the amount of money we collect for you in your case. 

In Worker's Compensation cases (job related injuries), we are also paid on a contingency basis depending on the amount of award you receive from the Worker's Compensation Commission.

We have extensive experience handling all types of Criminal cases including felonies and misdemeanors at every court level (Juvenile, District, Circuit ).  We also handle Traffic matters ranging from less serious citations (speeding, etc) to serious charges such as DUI, driving while suspended or revoked, etc. We will also represent you in your MVA  administrative hearing.  In criminal and traffic cases, we generally charge a flat fee for representation.  This usually includes an initial retainer fee to procure our services but installment payment options are available upon request.

Our Domestic/Family Law experience includes Divorce, child custody/support, as well as name changes, adoption and guardianship matters.  Most domestic cases are handled on a retainer fee against an hourly rate based on court/out of court time and also depending on the complexity of the case and whether it is contested matter.

We also handle Wills, Estates, Deed changes and other matters such as advance directives and powers of attorney on a flat fee basis.
